1. General Refund Rules

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
• All refunds are subject to cancellation charges levied by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
• A service fee of up to 10% may apply on cancellations.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused services.

• Refunds depend on the airline's fare rules (refundable vs. non-refundable).
• Airline cancellation charges and our service fee are deducted from the refund.
• Convenience fees are non-refundable.

4. Hotel Bookings

• Refunds are governed by the hotel's cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
• Non-refundable and prepaid rates are generally not eligible for refunds.

5. Visa Services

• Visa fees paid to embassies and consulates are non-refundable.
• Our service fee for visa assistance is also non-refundable once the application is submitted.

6. Travel Insurance

Insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy is issued. Cancellation terms are governed by the insurance provider.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, refunds may be replaced by travel credits as per partner policies.
