1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal, passport, and contact details.

2. Payments

• Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
• Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank transfer.
• Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are the customer's responsibility.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service (flights, hotels, packages, visas). Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Passports, Visas & Documents

• It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport, visa, and any required health documents.
• We assist with visa documentation but final approval rests with the respective embassy or consulate.
• We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or incomplete documents.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. It is mandatory for certain international destinations and adventure activities.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political unrest, airline changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any additional costs in such cases will be borne by the traveller.

7. Liability

Trip Tirks acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

8. Conduct & Behaviour

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, culture, and fellow group members. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund for disruptive or illegal behaviour.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Trip Tirks and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayapura, Karnataka.
